Mr. Korpacz’ experience within the retail sector – specializing in regional malls, net leased big-box stores, drug stores, and other net leased properties - is substantial.  Mr. Korpacz is the founder and original publisher of the quarterly Korpacz Real Estate Investor Survey® and a former principal researcher and advisor for the annual PwC/ULI Emerging Trends in Real Estate® publication.  He is the author of numerous articles and real estate books and is a former editor-in-chief of The Appraisal Journal.
