REAL ASSETS, REAL RETURNS
Specializing in Triple-Net Leased (or NNN) Commercial Real Estate investments in North America.
NNN Properties are properties where the lease agreement requires the tenant to pay all the expenses of the property. Rental income is the net income after real estate taxes, building insurance and maintenance. These properties tend to be single tenanted stand-alone buildings with world-renowned chains or Fortune 500 companies for tenants.
With a value-oriented investment philosophy, ST&T NNN hand picks well-performing triple-net properties. The firm strives to provide principal preservation with a focus on strong cashflows and potential for capital appreciation, giving investors peace of mind regardless of the economic cycle.
